1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shani Kitchen website (shanikitchen.online) and our daig catering services. By placing an order with Shani Kitchen, you agree to be bound by these terms. Shani Kitchen is a brand operated under Mehran Global Ventures, based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

2. Definitions

• "Shani Kitchen" — the service provider, its employees, and delivery partners.
• "Customer" / "You" — the individual or entity placing an order.
• "Daig" — large-format traditional Pakistani slow-cooked dishes prepared in 10KG and 15KG quantities.
• "Event" — the occasion for which daig is ordered, including but not limited to weddings, sadqa, corporate gatherings, and private dawats.

3. Ordering & Confirmation

All orders must be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. An order is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Shani Kitchen via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

Orders require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. For large events (200+ guests), we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is the final price charged.

Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.

For orders above Rs. 15,000, a 50% advance payment may be required at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Shani Kitchen delivers within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. We strive to deliver at least 30 minutes before your event serving time.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address with clear landmarks. Shani Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time: Full refund (minus any bank transfer fees).
• Cancellations made 12–24 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery: No refund, as preparation has already begun.

7. Food Quality & Freshness

All daigs are prepared fresh on the day of delivery using halal ingredients. Food is delivered hot in sealed daig containers. We guarantee quality at the time of delivery — Shani Kitchen is not responsible for food left unconsumed beyond 3 hours after delivery.

8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take care to accommodate requests, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shani Kitchen's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and recipes — is the property of Shani Kitchen / Mehran Global Ventures and is protected under Pakistani copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
